Commitment 3 - Social and working conditions

Promoting quality of life and well-being at work

Sophrology experience at Comoditex

CEPOVETT has launched group relaxation sessions to improve the well-being and cohesion of its logistics teams.

To improve stress management and physical and mental fatigue among the teams at its COMODITEX logistics platform, which handles packaging, storage, picking, quality control and parcel dispatch, CEPOVETT has launched a group relaxation therapy initiative. Two test sessions were carried out by a professional sophrologist with a group of around ten employees.

A different way of caring

The quality of the working environment is a key factor in a company's development and performance.

The CEPOVETT group cares about the well-being of its employees, and provides spacious, modern and ergonomically designed offices at its head and across all its sites. The layout of these spaces makes it easier for people and information to circulate while providing a friendly working environment. CEPOVETT remains a people-orientated company that takes cares about its employees.

  • The quality of life at our new premises is reflected both in the interior layout of the workspaces, offices and showroom, and in the landscaped garden outside our windows. In particular, there's a collaborative vegetable garden where you can pick cherry tomatoes and herbs at lunchtime.

  • I'm delighted to have discovered this unique experience. It's an ancient tradition that's firmly rooted in the popular culture of our Beaujolais region, and a unique opportunity to share a special moment with my colleagues from different departments and conscripts within the company. Vive la classe en 5.

"It is much easier to manufacture a cloth mask than make a pilot shirt or assemble an item of workwear, which require millimetric precision. The challenge is first and foremost to show solidarity in order to support the medical teams, local authorities and our staff in the face of the Covid-19 pandemic spreading across Africa."
