20 April 2025CEPOVETT believes that training is a key factor in helping its employees to grow within the company, so it trains its recruits in its various business lines and makes them aware of CSR issues.
These training courses, which are systematically offered to all newly recruited employees, are delivered by Group experts, with a view to transferring skills. With the aim of demystifying CSR issues, this 1? hour training session aims to define and explain sustainable development/CSR issues, demographic and climate challenges, through a series of illustrations of good practice and interactive media (C3D Mooc, individual carbon footprint, etc.). All the fields of application of CSR in the company, presented and explained, form the main pillars of CEPOVETT’s culture and its CSR policy, materialised by 10 concrete commitments, with a vision to 2030. By focusing on employee training (which is also available in the form of continuing education), the Group is strengthening its business expertise and raising awareness of CSR issues among all its employees.
