Post-Covid, CEPOVETT Human Resources Department has reiterated the Company's priority to help employees upskill and develop within the Group, through a training plan tailored to individual needs, intended to promote the development and transmission of skills. As we are highly-aware that the textile market is forever changing and as we wish to address our customers' ever-increasing demands, acquiring new know-how is a sine qua non for employee employability and performance. We have also initiated an ecofriendly action awareness programme, linked to major sustainable development events throughout the year (Earth Day, World Water Day, Global Recycling Day, etc.). Its goal is to involve employees in current CSR topics through actions and to encourage them individually and collectively to play active roles in protecting our Planet and life.
