Involving employees in all phases of honey production is the objective set by CEPOVETT Group through its "Bee'Compatible" biodiversity programme. Throughout the year, the company's employees maintain the hives and take part in all the highlights: maintaining the hives, harvesting the honey in July, handling the honey supers, extracting the honey and bottling it. In order to carry out all these stages, one of the meeting rooms in the CEPOVETT Group's Paris premises has been transformed into a "mobile honey factory" where the work of centrifuging, decanting and packaging the honey takes place.
It is the employees who jar and label the honey. By offering honey from its production to its customers and employees, CEPOVETT Group provides a strong symbol, the result of the biodiversity initiative it has been implementing for several years, which involves its stakeholders in its approach and makes them aware of its actions in favour of the environment.
