A design office integrated into the production site in Madagascar

In order to make its production sites competitive, CEPOVETT Group practices the mutualisation of know-how between its design offices in France and abroad. To meet the need for reactivity in the development and industrialisation phase of its products, CEPOVETT Group implements a continuity of service, from the design to the manufacture of a collection, on the premises where it is produced. To this end, the group has integrated the design offices into its factories, thus facilitating dialogue between the collection managers and reducing the time taken to make a product.

Thanks to this integrated organisation, the people in charge of the design departments can test their products directly on the machines that will then produce the future collections in large quantities, thus guaranteeing conformity between the project and the final production. A process made possible by the dialogue between the teams, who work hand in hand in the workshops, with 28 dedicated people.
