Launching workwear on the market means addressing technical, wearer-friendly, quality, ethical and environmental requirements, but, above all, a host of regulatory obligations. To ensure its personal protective equipment (PPE) meets the highest standards of safety, CEPOVETT is now equipped with its own laboratory where it carries out testing to check textile compliance and performance. This laboratory integrated in its design and industrialization office proposes an array of tests including measuring fabric resistance to abrasion, to pilling, fabric tensile strength, resistance to flame spread as well as to recurrent washing and drying cycles.
Test protocols all comply with European standards. The in-house mastery of this expertise means that all CEPOVETT Group brands are more proactive in industrializing their PPE products and ensures that each garment delivers optimal performance and high wear resistance. The equipment manufactured is intended to protect women and men from, amongst other things, fatal risks – fire, electric arcs – in the course of their work.
