Team building at CEPOVETT

In a multi-site group where employees work in different locations, it's important to create team cohesion and esprit de corps by organising special events throughout the year to bring all employees together in a friendly, informal setting.

Among these extra-company events (impromptu picnics, Christmas lunches, Halloween parties, etc.), the most emblematic is undoubtedly "Les Conscrits" in Villefranche-sur-Saône, where CEPOVETT has its historical roots.

Listed as part of France's intangible cultural heritage, this festival is the result of a long-standing popular tradition in which each age group of conscripts, from 20 to 100, marches for 10 days. The town lives to the rhythm of the festivities, meetings and strolls between participants, in an atmosphere of open camaraderie. CEPOVETT continues the tradition by welcoming the company's conscripts on Fridays and organising a party on its premises. In this way, the company maintains the link between its employees and the local community in which it operates.
