Since 2017, CEPOVETT has been rolling out its biodiversity programme, involving its employees, in particular with beehives installed on the roof of its Bercy, Paris offices. The private bank MILLEIS (ex-Barclays), which settled in the premises in 2020, is moving in the same direction with a similar urban beekeeping project. The two companies, which now share the same premises, decided to pool their knowledge and energy to collectively harvest the honey from their hives.
The aim of this joint initiative is to raise team awareness of biodiversity and to introduce them to beekeeping techniques through practical work, hive upkeep and monitoring the bees throughout the seasons. MILLEIS and CEPOVETT, which share the same vision of CSR commitments, have joined forces to ensure the transmission of living organisms and the protection of bees in urban environments. A wonderful example of dialogue and pedagogy between two companies with common values.
