Employee health prevention and Covid protection

The protection of employees in the workplace is of key importance for businesses. CEPOVETT adopted a COVID approach based on the precautionary principle and adjusted according to government announcements to maintain business continuity while ensuring employee and customer safety. The company launched mask production in its own factories and introduced a protection protocol (hand sanitizer, physical distancing, reinforced cleaning of premises, regulatory people gauge, etc.). To limit the spread of the virus, CEPOVETT promotes two-way communication and the empowerment of employees who self-identify as being at risk, enabling real-time situation monitoring and organizing its sites. The company also set up psychological support for all employees.
