CEPOVETT, Global Compact ambassador for Rhône-Alpes

he initiator of the COP21 Tour de France, the Global Compact France wanted to give SMEs a bigger role and reconnect this annual international institutional event with local realities through a tour of France's SMEs.

In 2018, CEPOVETT was chosen as ambassador for the Rhône-Alpes region for the event. The role involves reaching out to small and medium enterprises in their territory and thus creating a regional network via a local branch. Each ambassador company sets up schemes according to its own means and possibilities, but always following a CSR approach. Its mission is also to promote the Global Compact in its territory as well as supporting companies in deploying the various SDGs set by the United Nations, and acting within its sphere of influence, business networks and any relevant federations.
