In 2015, CEPOVETT Group renewed the entire lighting systems of its service platforms in Gleizé, Andrézeux-Bouthéon and Saint Quentin. Following an energy assessment carried out by a third party, the choice of LED lighting was obvious. Promoted as the "lighting of the future", LED lamps now have the lowest overall energy balance (manufacture, use, end of life), thanks in particular to their unequalled lifespan.
This installation has reduced electricity consumption at its sites by 65%, which represents a saving of around 30 tonnes of CO2 per year for the planet. In addition, the LED bulbs provide brighter and more comfortable lighting for employees.
